FOUNDER, President & Pageant National Director

Adeline Hokulani is a fun-loving, outgoing, and passionate leader whose influence extends far beyond the stage. A former Miss Singapore turned respected pageant director and fashion icon in Singapore, she has built a name synonymous with excellence, discipline, and transformation in the beauty industry.

What began as a journey as an ordinary contestant in Miss Singapore evolved into a story of perseverance, commitment, and resilience. Through hard work and determination, Adeline rose to become a recognized Beauty Queen of Singapore, proving that growth comes from stepping outside one’s comfort zone.

Over the years, she has participated in numerous renowned fashion showcases and has served as National Director for prestigious titles including Miss World Singapore, Miss Cosmo, Miss Petite Global Singapore, Miss Intercontinental, Miss Aura, Miss Orient Tourism, Singapore, and Miss Cosmo. Under her leadership, these platforms have developed into structured, professionally managed systems that nurture confidence, stage presence, and global representation.

Beyond pageantry, Adeline is also a successful entrepreneur across multiple industries, blending fashion, branding, and business strategy. Her journey reflects vision, adaptability, and the ability to turn challenges into milestones.

A gentle and kind soul within the AO Ventures family, she brings warmth, patience, and unwavering encouragement to every contestant who walks through our doors. Always ready with sincere advice and thoughtful guidance, she has a natural ability to calm nerves, uplift spirits, and remind our girls of their true potential especially during the most overwhelming moments.

Beyond her nurturing presence, she plays an essential role in our operations. From managing administrative matters with diligence to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, her dedication keeps the engine of AO Ventures moving forward. Backstage, she is our “mommy” adjusting gowns, offering last-minute pep talks, fixing details, and standing by our queens with quiet strength before they step into the spotlight.

Her eye for potential is also remarkable. She actively scouts for aspiring pageant queens, recognizing talent, confidence, and authenticity even before they see it in themselves. Many of our contestants began their journey because she believed in them first.
